Chef’s Table

Guests are personally served a tasting menu created by Somoza’s Chef Horie and his team, dishes are samplings of the flavours, colours and seasons of Niseko and Hokkaido and are the epitome of a chef’s table. Wines can be specially selected to suit each course. A chef’s table experience is only available by reservation. Each sitting is available for 12 guests, timings and numbers can be adjusted at the time of your reservation.
