Lunch and Chef’s Table

Lunch at Somoza consists of a perfectly balanced menu showcasing the best of local produce. Guests are personally served a tasting menu created by Somoza’s team, dishes are samplings of the flavours, colours and seasons of Niseko and Hokkaido.

(Somoza Dinner is available during the Winter Season starting from December 1st, reservations open from September 1st.)
Somoza Dinner is the epitome of a chef’s table and a unique experience in Niseko. The Chef incorporates ingredients, techniques and methods used by the various cultures that have made a home in Hokkaido through the centuries to represent the best of the region. The Chef’s Table is only available by reservation with each sitting available for up to 12 guests, timings and numbers can be adjusted to suit your reservation. Wines from our international list can be specially selected to suit each course.
